The olives are harvested from centuries-old olive groves, processed within 12 hours of harvesting. The cultivar is Coratina, the clear flavor of olive and green almond and the sweet, persistent flavor make it a product of great prestige, selected for Roscioli.

Cuvée 4 balsamic vinegar of Modena is a product created exclusively from selected raw materials and subsequently aged in 225 liter barriques of very precious oak.
The most used for the preparation are present exclusively from Trebbiano grapes, together with a careful mixing of balsamic vinegar some of them in over 10 years
Prolonged aging in fine wood barrels gives it the nickname “Gran Sigillo”.
This oil is produced in the Chianti area, the olives are harvested and pressed on the same day to ensure the highest quality. It has a delicate and fruity smell and an intense green color.
Valentini Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Dritta cultivar has an intense green color, the taste is fruity, herbaceous, it is recommended to use it raw which enhances its characteristics. The processing is done exclusively with organic tops in full respect of the territory.
Olives are picked by hand and carefully selected from different cultivars (Dritta 70%, Intosso 20%, Castiglionese 10%), the smell is strong with notes of artichoke, tomato and herbs. Very intense spicy taste.
