Cuvée 4 balsamic vinegar of Modena is a product created exclusively from selected raw materials and subsequently aged in 225 liter barriques of very precious oak.
The most used for the preparation are present exclusively from Trebbiano grapes, together with a careful mixing of balsamic vinegar some of them in over 10 years
Prolonged aging in fine wood barrels gives it the nickname “Gran Sigillo”.
Valentini Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Dritta cultivar has an intense green color, the taste is fruity, herbaceous, it is recommended to use it raw which enhances its characteristics. The processing is done exclusively with organic tops in full respect of the territory.
The olives are harvested by hand, from ancient trees in the valleys of Chiaramonte Gulfi, and processed in a few hours. The cultivar is Tonda Iblea, characteristic of the area. It has a deep green color, fruity smell with notes of tomato and Mediterranean herbs.
