The whole piquillo pepper from Lodosa from “La Catedral de Navarra” is produced, peeled by hand, without the use of water.
It is included in the Protected Designation of Origin Peperone Piquillo di Lodosa. Perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a simple side dish as well.
Ripening in the sun of the Navarre area, these tomatoes are harvested in August and processed fresh, they have the right balance between acidity and residual sugar that make them ideal for any preparation.
