Made from the Albarossa grape which is a cross between a Nebbiollo strain and Barbera.
Spontaneous fermentation takes place in old barrels or in above-ground terracotta containers, using wild yeasts, and prolonged maceration.
This is a varietal that is not common and an experience not to miss. Fresh, fruity and spicy. The best of both grapes.
