Anchovies in brine of Manaide
Italian Anchovies in brine of Manaide, is from Anzio region, a beautiful coastside region thats 100 kms south of Rome. The anchovies, soon after they are taken out of the bottle, are to be left in water overnight(or in EVO oil for a week), which makes it softer and perfect. They are ideal with bruschetta for apperitivo in a bed of burrata to balance the saltiness of Anchovies. Its also good for spaghetti, tomato sauce, good EVO Oil and some capers.
