Soft, sweet and delicate and refreshing on the palate – aged in mainly cherry and mulberry barrels. This balsamic vinegar pairs beautifully with white meat and poultry, lightly aged cheeses, risotto al Balsamico or for salads.
Aged 6 years in cherry wood barrels. Privately labeled for Roscioli
