Butter and Anchovy Sauce


Our sauces are made with high-quality ingredients, the same ones used in our restaurant, allowing anyone to replicate the traditional dishes for which our chefs are renowned.

Ingredients: Butter 58%, Anchovies 20%, Water, Potato Flakes, Sunflower Seed Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavors.

Usage: Dissolve the desired amount in hot water (preferably in the cooking water) to make it creamy. Place the pasta in a bowl and stir in the sauce to achieve the desired consistency, adding more pepper to taste.
