Cacio e Pepe Sauce

Ingredients: Water, Pecorino Romano DOP Cheese 43%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Cheese 11%, Melting Salts: Sodium Citrate, Black Pepper 0.6%. GLUTEN-FREE

Usage: Dissolve the desired amount in hot water (preferably in the cooking water) to make it creamy. Place the pasta in a bowl and stir in the sauce to achieve the desired consistency, adding more Pecorino and pepper to taste.
