Capers in Salt, Caravaglio
The capers are grown on the Aeolian Island. Harvest takes place by hand early morning and evening. The capers in respect of the land is grown high on rocks or at the edge of vineyards.
20% Trapani salt is added to the capers after they have rested. It is the rest, care and attention after the harvest that makes these capers different.
Perfect in rice, cold pasta salads and over white fish.
