Franciacorta Brut – Solo Uva

What’s the point of drinking Franciacorta when you can drink Champagne? Solo Uva. It’s possibly the best sparkling wines of Italy. Fermented with only the natural sugars of the grape (no foreign sugar). The result is a wine with a pure, fruit flavor on the nose, balanced by a refreshing salty and acidic palate. Pairs with anything (but dessert).

"Wine without a story is just a fruit juice with alcohol" .... so below you'll find a video of the winemaker.
Don't forgot to turn on English subtitles.
