Made with natural yeasts – As said in the video below “shame on those who add yeast because they are scared of the poetry of fermentation”… and this wine is indeed poetry in the glass.
Rich red plums, balsamic and herbal notes balanced but some minerality thanks to the seas influence. – the slightly wild tannins will continue to integrate with time.
