Moscato d’Asti 2017- Cascina Galletto di Mauro Perrone
3rd generation winemakers who believe that although things can be mechanized, they want to do all tasks manually to ensure the best results!
A sparkling dessert wine – sweet for sure – but the perception of sweet almost disappears when paired with fruits, pastries or the popular Rimessa favorite – Tiramisu.
The Moscato Bianco d’Asti (in Piedmonte) receives its’ high quality, perfume and balanced acidity vs sweetness – all thanks to the calcareous soil, found in the area of Valdivilla and S.Stefano Belbo.
Unique to Moscato d’Asti sparkling is the use of the classic wine cork.
Gold yellow colour, appealing, intriguing, and unique, reminding of fresh fruit and flowers. Lasting in the mouth with fair acidity balancing the remarkable presence of sugars, which is its main characteristics.
Pairs amazing with Tiramisu - watch below for how you can make this at home
