Primitivo (aka Zinfandel) is a grape with a super high sugar content that usually gets fairly high in alcohol while even having residual sugar, which you need for pairing red wines with chocolate. The jammyness of this wine, merged with the real, rich flavor of this chocolate will give you a warm and gushy hug.
