Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale – Giusseppe Attanasio
Honestly, this is probably the best Primitivo (Italian version of Zinfindel) we have ever come across. Guiseppe Attanasio maintains a traditional approach in winemaking with over 60 years of hertiage. Dry but jammy, big, bold, warming and balanced on the palate, and a perfect example where wood barriques help the wine without giving a presence of it to the wine. Pair with aged cheeses and rich dishes.
