This Carnaroli rice is grown, processed and packaged at Tenuta Colombara, in the province of Vercelli. After careful selection, it is refined slowly and delicately with the propeller, according to the tradition of the Rondolino family. Perfect strenght in cooking and great absorption capacity of the seasonings make it a perfect rice for risottos.
