This carnaroli rice is grown in the province of Vercelli, after harvesting it is aged for 7 years in refrigerated silos. Then refined in a slow and delicate way according to the method patented by the Rondolino family since 1884. The Acquerello rice is unique in the world, thanks to its more nutritious, firm and tasty grains, it offers perfect cooking resistance and optimal absorption of seasonings.
