‘Nature is perfect’ this winemaker’s philosophy meaning that they follow a philosophy of ‘nothing added, nothing taken away’ approach. Certified organic but practicing biodynamics, they make some of the best wines from this island. This wine is dry, not heavy, but full and minerally and pairs well with stewed or broiled red meats.
