Taggiasca Olive Pulp


Made with ‘Taggiasche’ olives in brine and infused with the flavors of our Riviera. The drupes are pitted, and the pulp is finely ground. A final addition of extra virgin olive oil makes it smooth and creamy. It’s perfect for appetizers on toast and an ideal dressing for spaghetti.
